I recently changed to bell. Now I have a referral code and want to use it to deduct the one time registeration fee. How I can use it?

Referral credits are automatically deducted from the owed balance of your bill. They cannot be applied specifically to only one charge on your bill.

Refer a friend. You get a bill credit. They get a bill credit.

I have generated a bell refer-a-friend code. I, used to be able to go to that page and check the status of my referrals which I am no longer able to do. It shows to re register for the program and it has only been a month since i generated my link. So if please can anyone tell me where else can i check my status.

Once a friend accepts your referral invitation, you can track the status in your referral dashboard on the same device and browser you registered with, or using the dashboard link in your referral registration confirmation email.
Once your friend’s eligibility has been confirmed, the referral will be shown as "successful" in your dashboard. Once your eligibility is confirmed, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
If your referral doesn’t meet eligibility requirements, it will be shown as "unsuccessful" in your dashboard.
Referral emails and social media invitations are only valid for 45 days.
Note: call centre agents and sales reps can’t check the eligibility or status of a pending referral.

I had tried to check the referral status before. However, the screen returned was said that Great News, my friend's name, has joined Canada's best national network. I 'll have $50 credit....
I received 6 emails from Bell and I recommended 6 friends to choose Bell. However, I never received a penny from you.

What type of service do you currently have? To qualify you must be an existing Bell customer on an eligible two year or BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) mobile phone plan.

Hi, I have used Bell Internet since 2021 Dec. From there, I never discontinued my account with Bell. I am sure that my friends are still using Bell Internet too.
I received 6 confirmation emails from Bell which I can forward to you

We would like to clarify that internet plans and activations are not eligible for the referral program.
As previously mentioned, you can find all of the qualification guidelines in the Refer a friend article posted above.

I got a referral code. My friend just switched into Bell Mobility last week. She got a reply from Bell that the referral program was a success. However, I never received any reply from Bell. What can I do?
