My Bell account has 9 numbers. When I want to make a profile in my online banking in order to pay a bill, it seems that ZZZ and a few other numbers were added at the end.
is this normal?

Hey EP,
Yes, for One Bill that is normal. If you log into your MyBell online account and click on the "View current bill" button you will see a bar or section with your account information. On the right, it will give you your "Customer ID number"
Should look like this;
(14-digits number for online/telebanking)
