I agree with you that it is a waste if you print this entire bill. There are a number of things you can do to reduce this waste:
- Do not print the bill at all. Save it as a Pdf file.
- Print only the pages you need.
- Draft print to save ink.
- Try Two sided printing. This bill can be reduced from 9 pages to 5.
- Try printing more than 1 page to each side of the page. For example you can print 9 pages on 1 side. Pretty small & not readable. You can print up to 16 pages on one side. It very small print & definitely not readable.
- If you need a paper copy & you only want to use one 1 page of paper. Set your printer to Print on both sides & select 4 or 6 pages per sheet. It is readable & very small or use 2 pages double sided & it is more than readable.
All of the information on these pages may same seem to be a waste. Many customers see this somewhat differently in terms of wanting more detail not less.
If you print it..... no doubt in my mind, it is a total waste of paper, ink, time, money etc. etc.

To Welsh Terrier... I DO store the bill as a Pdf file. I print the bill because I've had my hard drive crash more than once & lost everything. I DO print double sided. Reducing size of print to unreadable size is just ridiculous. Page 3 & 4 of the bill have information on only half the page. Why can't Bell combine that information on 1 page? Page 5 & page 9 use 1/4 of the page. If BELL reduced their print size just a bit & eliminated the large gaps between headings, it would reduce the length of the bill significantly. BELL needs to redesign their bill format, to take up less space, for those of who choose to print it. Thank you.

Please tell your IT team to work ASAP on reducing the size of the invoice files. I get them at close to 800kb size. I discovered that this size is due to the logos being huge in size. Bell IT is acting like some rookie development team. Why are your bill size so huge??????
For what's included in the invoice, they should not be any more than 150KB.

This is not helpful at all and it indicates that this -community all-star- did not understand or read what myself and Finally Free spoke about the file size of the invoices.

As has been said, there are many needs for the information on a Bell bill from tracking calls to information for tax purposes. Given the variety of needs and information required, this is the result. There have been good suggestions made for the end user. Giving direction to Bell is beyond the scope of this forum.

My husband likes to file the Bell bill. There used to be 2 options for printing.
1. What you see on the screen
2. Entire bill.
Now, you have to download the entire bill just to print what you want.!! Please fix this with the options we had.

Good Day.
There are still two options. You can save to pdf file on you device or computer or you can choose to print all or only certain specific pages on your Default or Microsoft pdf printer.
