When I recieve 100$ prepaid card?? order number: BCV*****. 

"Congratulations on choosing amazing home services from Bell. Here are the steps to redeem your $100 Visa* Prepaid Card."

I got the $100 prepaid Visa giftcard promo when signing up for Bell internet. Registered and waited. 6+ weeks later, never received it and called Bell to ask. They said it was redeemed already. I opened a dispute to investigate as it was not me who used it. Anyone experience this and how did it turn out?

I called Lost or Stolen: 855-279-2945 and opened a dispute. They gave me the next steps for investigation via email. Just wanted to know if others have gone through the same thing and what was the outcome.

When I signed up for Bell services in December, I was told that after 4 months, I would receive a notification regarding a $450 prepaid Visa card as part of a promotional offer. This offer was a key incentive for me to subscribe to all three services: Internet (Fibe 500), Mobile (BYOD Ultimate 75GB), and TV (Starter).

It has now been over 4 months, and I have not received any notification or update about the prepaid card.

Could you please help me understand:

If I’m properly registered for the promotion?

When and how I’m supposed to receive the Visa card?

If there’s anything else I need to do to claim it?

When you placed your order, were you given a promo code, or reference number?

The Visa Gift Card process has a minimum 60 day waiting period from the date of installation. You mentioned that you were advised that the waiting period would be 4 months. After the waiting period, eligible customers are sent an email to register for the Gift Card (if you don't see the email in your Inbox, check in Junk Mail). Once successfully registered you will receive confirmation email within 24 hours, and a gift card by mail in 4 - 6 weeks.

 I would suggest that you call Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) to confirm that status of your Visa Gift card.

After you receive your gift card, on the back of the card, there normally is a toll-free number and or web site so that you can call or visit to discover your balance. The information should also be attached with the gift card. This will include how & where you can use it.
