Bell 9400 receiver won't work after being unplugged for a few hours. Only blue screen, receiver constantly starts and stops

Thanks! This was helpful in that the receiver finally started searching for satellite signal however; it was not successful so Bell is sending a new receiver.

Unplug the receiver, Press and Hold the power button when you plug it back in. It may break the loop your receiver is in. Hold the button till it resets, should do it right away. Power button is behind the flip panel in front.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
If you cannot see any picture on your TV screen, plug your receiver in and then press & hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds.
If you can see a picture on your TV, then follow the steps in this web link:

Thanks, this did restart the receiver but still cannot get a satellite signal so Bell is sending a new receiver.
