Does anyone know if the 4100 receivers should be sent back to Bell or do we just take them to an electronic recycling facility? I spoke to two people on the phone today and one via live chat and was unable to get a straight answer. This is beyond frustrating. Any help would be truly appreciated 🙂

Hi there @Kathryn
Thank you for your post.
The 4100 model receivers can be disposed of at an electronic recycling facility or you can mail it back to us and we will have it disposed of in an environmentally-safe manner.
Hope this helps and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.
