Since the new update back almost one year ago, i have had multiple issues with the browser version on desktop computer. I tried leaving feedback online, I even call customer service, I tried a BMIR and to reach out to my contacts at Bell... No one knows how to get that feedback to the Bell TV team that takes care of the web application tv.bell.ca
There are multiple not so user friendly issues in the recordings tab.
Most of the issues are when you are watching a show.
Unfortunatly the screen resolution is very large and does not automatically reformat to show all Action buttons in the screen. A scroll down is necessary to see the play option.
When a show is playing you cannot
-stop it and delete it in the screen.
-There is no option to go back, no arrow pointing Left...
-No options to go to the next episode and delete this one
-Nothing when you scroll down...
-you simply cannot delete the episode if you are not all the way at the end... since shows finish before the end is reached it is an extra scroll to the end to get the options.
I would be happy to get a call from the UX team
