Copying Fibe TV favourites to VIP2502

A relative received a replacement VIP2502. I connected it to her Gigahub 8 days ago. She says it worked fine until 3 days ago when her favourites "disappeared". I did not verify her favourites list when I did the setup. Is there a way to copy her 39 favourite channels (other than one at a time) from her pvr to the 2502? I have searched the forums and am unable to find an answer. Thank you

Good Day.

Each receiver needs to be set up on its own. You cannot copy between receivers.

I suspect she selected a non-favorite station by accident or pushed an incorrect numeric button on the remote control. As a result of this action, she inadvertently told the receiver to select a channel that was not on her Favorites list. She was then taken to the All-channels list. If the Favorite list was previously set up & has not been deleted, it will still be there. Select > Options on the remote control. Select > Favorites lists. Select > My favorites.  It will return her Guide to the Favorites list in a few seconds.

If it has been deleted or not been created, it should not be a time consuming or onerous task to recreate it. I have included the following web link that will assist in walking you through the steps to set up a favorites list.

Please open this web link with any browser. Go to > Finding a channel or show to watch section & select the + sign. Select > Creating a favorite list. Now follow the steps included in the web tutorial.

There are a number of other settings in this section that might be of benefit to her viewing experience. If you Select > Viewing only subscribed channels, you can reduce the number of Guide pages for stations that she does not have or wish to watch. This will also prevent her from selecting these stations by accident & going from the Favorites to the All-channel list.
