Crave app compatability issue using Samsung SmartTV since Crave upgrade

Since Crave upgrade the Crave app available on the Samsung smart TV with Smart hub which is listed in Crave’s compatible devices is no longer working with Crave. The same TV used to access Crave.

Sometimes, even if something is not working quite right on your Samsung TV, there may not be an update available right away. If you notice that an app is not working on your Samsung TV, please check out this Samsung weblink: Samsung Apps not working. This might be all you need to fix your problem.
Some apps will be fixed by a downloadable software update, but other app updates or Smart Hub updates will download and install automatically. Have you tried to do any trouble shooting?
- Are all of your other apps working on your Samsung Smart TV?
- Have you check to see if there is a pending Crave app update that needs to be applied?
- Have you tried to remove & reinstall the Crave app on your Samsung Smart TV? If not, please do so.
- Have you done a full power off / on with your Smart TV? Unplug your TV from its power source., wait 3-5 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Have you reported this issue to Crave & Samsung TV support?
If your problem persists, you should contact Samsung TV and Crave TV support to report this issue.
