My Bell Fibe is no longer keeping my recordings. As a test I did a live record and right after it shows as complete it disappears from my recordings list. I've tried various combinations including 'keep till I delete' but to no avail. It shows up in My Recent Recordings while it is recording but the just disappears upon completion. I've power cycled the PVR to no avail. My space available shows only 15% used so that's not the issue... Help!

We wanted to check in to see if you were able to hook your receiver up with power and internet to see if you are still experiencing recording issues? The equipmentless TV service doesn't work with the classic receivers as it is a different technology.

Hi Nick,
I am using Apple TV with the Bell Fibe App. The only reason I have the receiver is because it was being used for recording shows.
Given that the Apple TV was one of the listed devices supported, I am very confused regarding the new offering.
As for the current situation, the device was never disconnected from the Fibe modem and never unpowered.
