Trying to set up fibe tv app on fire stick and it tells me unavailable and that I need am Amazon account which is already set

For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please share further details and what troubleshooting steps you've attempted?

  • What is telling you that you need an Amazon account, the Fibe TV app directly or the Fire Stick?
  • Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing?
  • Have you tried unplugging the Fire Stick from the power source and re-trying?
  • Have you attempted to factory reset the Fire Stick?
