Resolved! Set the Favorites list to remain permanently

Hi   I have created a favorite channel list and chose that but when I start the TV it goes back to all channels How you set the favorite channel as default guide so it remains permanently

Resolved! Netflix not working on Bell 9500 receiver

I am not able to watch Netflix on the receiver.  When I use the Apps button or go to channel 1267, both go to a black screen then back to the previous channel I was watching. Is there an update I need to perform?Please help.
