Hi @BellPatricia

I have a bell remote that will not pair with my tv. I have done all the trouble shooting as you suggested. My remote does not have an options button on it. I’m at a loss as to what is wrong. Can you please help.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Can you please provide us with a few more details so that we can better answer your question?

  1. Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV
  2. Which model of Bell TV receiver is connected to your TV?
  3. Does your remote have a clear sight path to your TV & Bell receiver? Is there anything blocking the front or TV or receiver that could obstruct the signal?
  4. Which remote control are you experiencing the signal issue with? Is it an IR remote? E.g. Bell Slim remote, Bell Streamer, etc.
  5. Is this a new remote control? Has this remote control previously controlled this tv? Have you checked the batteries?

Have you tried to do any troubleshooting? Please refer to the following web link for further troubleshooting remote control issues. Programming, fixing or replacing your Bell Fibe TV remote

Are you using a Bell Streamer remote? If so, please check out this article Help with the Bell Streamer remote : Pairing the remote using Bluetooth

Is your remote control less than a year old? If you have never ordered a new remote, the warranty period would start from the date you received your receiver. If your remote is no longer under warranty, you can order a replacement from Bell online at the following links:

Take care.
