I want to have a voice remote, my fibe box is VIP5662W.

I want to have a voice remote, my fibe box is VIP5662W. Do I have to get a different box? Is there a charge for this?

There is no voice remote available for the VIP5662W PVR.

Bell only has one Voice remote with Google Assistant. It will only work with & control the Fibe TV Box (Model VIP7802)

You would need to change your Fibe TV box to the VIP7802. There would be related charges to do this.

I would suggest you contact Bell Fibe TV Customer service if you wish to make changes to your service:

Call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device
