Is there a video explaining how to use Bell Tv.

Hello,

I have elderly tenant and I included Internet and TV for them.  Their kids seems to busy to help them so I was wondering if I could send them a link to a video they could watch that explains how the controller works perhaps, how to search for channel or shows etc...
