NCIS higher picture quality?

Anyone else notice picture quality of TV show NCIS on global is higher, on google some say it is a bit of motion smoothing, maybe recording in 8k at times. We have Tru motion off on our tv and still slightly visible.

  It is not a problem, but noticed the change, just wondering if anyone else did

We checked around and confirmed that there have been no enhancements made to the NCIS picture quality on our side. If you do notice higher picture quality it likely has to do with different/upgraded cameras and equipment being used during the production. Have you noticed a higher picture quality on any of the other shows that you watch?

 This is what is happening I read, my initial post is not exactly correct, your above statement is more accurate. No we just noticed it just on NCIS.

We’ve noticed it too. It seems to be only NCIS. We thought it was our tv settings at first. We haven’t gotten use to it yet.

Good to know that there is someone else who noticed it LOL, we watch it on SD on occasion not as noticeable   thanks for the reply
