Need new Bell Streamer remote

My bell streamer remote got crushed by accident. I can’t find a place online to buy a replacement. Does anyone know how I can get a new one? Or are there any third party remotes that will work? Or do I have to buy a whole new streamer/remote bundle? Thanks!

My Bell streamer remote is not working anymore. Can I get a new one? Can’t seem to be able to buy one separately…

Are you able to share some details as to why you need a new remote?
Is your remote damaged, lost, no longer functioning?
Do any button inputs works?
Have you tried changing the batteries to fresh new ones?
Is there a good line of sight between your Bell Streamer and the remote?

Hi

I tried new batteries. I cannot open the bell streamer nor connect the remote to the streamer via Bluetooth. It barely worked for a few clicks, but keep stopping to work. Clearly the remote is the problem…
