Bell Fibe has been watched many times on this TV. Now I go to Guide, select the channel and it will not open the channel. Any channel!!!

- Which receiver do you have and is this affecting more than one?
- Do you get an error message and can you share a photo of what you see?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
