Pop up on TV screen that I can't get rid of

there is a pop up on tv  screen i cannot get rid of- asking to turn on or off TalkBalk: i cannot click either and it will not go away

Could you please tell us what type of TV receiver you have and share a picture of the pop-up screen?

A simple restart of your TV and the receiver often fixes temporary glitches. Try unplugging both from the power outlet, wait 30 seconds, and then plug them back in.
