Satellite HD Receiver Guide program timing is off

When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows  e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

Ok. Thanks for the communications. Keep us informed. I'm assuming all Bell satellite customers are affected by this. 

I also have 9400 model and majority of the time has been problem free.  Any update on the ticket

I also noticed that Sat 82 i missing. Maybe this has something to do with it?

 

i have a 9500 receiver and the system time is 1 hour ahead of the actual time.

I have unplugged the receiver and plugged it back in

I have also pressed the reset button and no change

 

please advise what can be done to correct

Same thing with us

82 is shut down. They moved everything over to 91

82 has been shut down for quite a while now

I have same thing on my 9400 that started yesterday morning. Also if you go to guide, the time at the top on left reads correct time for one minute and then it jumps an hour ahead.

I can't get to the guide properly.  It's one hour ahead of the correct  time. When I try to get a station, the guide goes into recording mode. I have phoned for 2 day. First time after call back still have problems.  Call 2 times since waited a total of 1 hrs 50 minutes.  Need help now.

Mine has been off the time for over 36 hours.  You would think Bell would post some kind of update

I did the same and called bell waited over 60 minutes to be told there was a problem would be fixed in 24 hours…. 

Same problem here... I'm really not looking forward to talking with the Philippino girls about this while they read through their troubleshooting scripts.  Have you had any luck in resolving this ??

The time setting at the top actually changes from correct to one hour ahead to match the listing.  I've reset both receivers to factory but it just reverts back to the incorrect settings.  I am not looking forward to trying to explain this to the troubleshooting girls at the call center.  Any ideas or info out there ??

We are having the same problem, an hour ahead, tried everything, still dosent work, very frustrated...Keeps recording programs then need to delete each program, Its been like this for 24 hours already. 

 

Bell screwed up the guide. 

Apparently 48 hours is not enough time to fix it.

That is about how long you have to wait on Bell support to answer the phone/chat.
