Good Day.
This is often a cabling issue. Check your cables & replace if necessary. Either the wrong type of cable (i.e. not RG6) or a bad (or improperly installed) connector can cause this problem.
Try removing all of the cables. Remove ALL inputs, run Check Switch, it will fail. Then reconnect all of your cables & try running the Check Switch once again.
If your problem continues, you may need a tech visit to check out your LNB & dish.

Take care.

Hi there @May50
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you still experiencing issues with your receiver and if so, are you able to share a picture of the error you are receiving and what troubleshooting attempts you've tried?
Looking forward to hearing back.
