What type of Internet package and modem do you have?

If you are using Bell Internet you can check out the Bell Wi-Fi app and take a look at your signal strength to the Wi-Fi adapter. Take a peek at this How ToEnsure optimal home Wi-Fi connection with the Wi-Fi Checkup ToolOpens in a new tab or window

To help maximize the Wi-Fi adapter signal strength it is also recommend that you move the cradle away from the receiver and any other electronic devices such as phones. Ensure the equipment is not located in an enclosed space or behind glass as well.

Hi @Sd23,

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂

We would like to get a bit more information so the Community can help.

What type of TV receiver are you using, and is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet? Are there multiple receivers affect by this, or just one?

Are you accessing the On Demand content directly through the TV Guide or through the Video On Demand storefront?

Keep us posted,

@BellPatricia
