Hi, I wanted to reach out to ask why you have not included a Fast Forward option in your Bell TV App? This is very irritating when you stop a show or accidently restarts the show and there is no way to get back to the spot you last watched. This would put your application at the same level of user gui interface options as all the other streaming apps. How long before you can make the fast forward option available?

If you are watching Live TV or On Demand, then the fast forward function is not available. However, you can fast forward any recorded program upon completion.

There are no bad ideas. Improvements such as this, can only enhance everyones viewing experience.

Upon completion?!  So I’ll have e to wait until 10pm to start watching the jays game?!  That’s ridiculous.  What’s the point of recording then?!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
When recording an event, you are able to start watching the recording afterwards and the fast forward option is available, even while the event is still live. So for example:
Live event starts at 9:00PM and ends at 12:00AM. You can start watching the recording at 10:00PM and fast forward through the commercials (and the actual event) until you get caught up to where it is playing live. Live TV, Restart and On Demand won't allow fast forwarding. 
We tested on our end and were able to start recording a show, go back half way into the program, start the recording and fast forward was working.
How were you attempting to watch the recording? Can you please provide the steps you took?

Just to clarify, in your example you waited an hour before watching.  Is it required to wait an hour?  Or is that simply your example?  Also, from what you’ve said, the fact that we “restarted” may have been the issue.

It's not required to wait an hour, could be minutes, an hour was just an example.
Yes, the little play button with the reverse arrow around it is the restart feature. To watch a recording, you need to go into the actual recording menu and play it from there. Restart doesn't allow fast forwarding as restart is essentially restarting the program (as if it was still live).

Ok good news.  We’ll test it out tonight.  Thanks for the info.
