Hello All,
Recently I have not been able to watch Netflix, Disney or any other apps other than Bell TV and Crave on my Streamer. I attempted to see if I was missing an update, however when attempting to update through the settings, About Update, the screen disappears and reverts back to the settings landing screen.
Android TV OS Version 12 Kernel 4.9.269 shows last update was in Dec 21st, 2023. Hoping we can find a solution to resolve this soon.

Hi there @Jimmehh
By chance, have you happened to try doing a factory reset of your Streamer? If not, we would recommend trying a factory reset.

Hi there @Jimmehh
Thank you for your post.
We wanted to check in to see if you're still experiencing issues updating your streamer? If so, you can also try updating your app through the following method:
1. Select Apps on your Remote Control (Or Apps from the Menu on the left of the screen)
2. Navigate and select Google Play Store.
3. Go to your Gmail account you login in > Manage apps and games > updates > Update All (which should update the Fibe TV app and Crave)
Looking forward to hearing back.

To add to @BellNick's solution, have you rebooted the Streamer? I suggest you do a cold reboot by unplugging it from the HDMI port and from the a/c outlet. Let it sit for a minute then replug it. This will force a refresh, and should kickstart a download of the latest update.

Hello @BellNick,
I attempted to select Google Play Store, however the app fails before it can load. Therefore, unable to complete the steps provided.
Further to this, I also completed the Reboot as suggested by @ZaneP and then attempted to access play store again, with same experience. The issue persists.

Hi there @Jimmehh
When you say that you have not been able to watch the other apps, can you share what's happening exactly (error message, error code, loading screen that never ends, black screen, opens and then immediately closes, etc..)?

The same behavior I get with Google Play Store for Netflix and Crave. Select app, but immediate failure and I remain on the same screen I attempted to launch the app from. The only difference is I do get a message from Crave that the application needs to be updated before I can play.
Disney seems to allow for 2 mins of video play but then fails and goes back to the Disney app screen where I selected a show to play.
I am able to watch live TV, I have yet to attempt to watch any VOD shows.
