I purchased a subscription package (Netflix, Crave, Disney+) but I already belonged to these streaming platforms. I can see Netflix switched over easily but I am having difficulty with Crave and Disney+.i do t want to be charged twice. Can anyone help

https://support.bell.ca/subscriptions There is under more information for subscriptions it says may need to take steps . Look here if it works may tell you there

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
If you already have Crave, Netflix or Disney+ subscriptions, you must manage the existing subscription directly with the service provider to avoid duplicates when you subscribe through Bell. If you have a pre-existing subscription, you remain responsible for its management directly with the provider. You will need to contact Crave and Disney+. Charges for your purchased Bell subscriptions packages are billed to your Bell account.
When you activate your subscription through Bell, you can keep your watch history and viewing preferences by linking your existing account.

Hey everyone,
I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my bell subscription package. I have contacted both Bell and Netflix and have been going through both their websites trying to figure out how to fix this and switch accounts. Netflix has cancelled the account that I had linked to my subscription but I can't seem to figure out how to link or activate my correct Netflix account with my subscription now.
Any advice?

Good Day and Welcome.
In order to resolve your problem, you may need to cancel your streaming subscription with Bell. If you have already cancelled your plan with Netflix, you will still need to modify or change your plan with Bell. Netflix changes will normally be effective at the start of your next scheduled renewal period.
- Log in to MyBell
- Select My services, then Subscriptions.
- Select Manage subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel, then select Cancel subscription.
- Select Yes, cancel subscription.
- Review the details of your cancellation. To confirm and submit, select Confirm cancellation.
Once all of the above has been completed, you can re-subscribe to Bell's streaming services bundled with Netflix, etc. The weblink below includes the contact information & the info you are requesting. Please refer to the FAQs.
