I lost my on demand options on my Fibe TV a while ago. How do I get them back?

Are you referring to a certain show/episode, or are you unable to access On Demand at all?
Are you using the Fibe TV app, or a TV receiver? If you are accessing through your TV receiver, what happens when you press the On Demand button on your TV remote?

I cannot access on demand PPV movies anymore. I use to get them on 1000 but now it says this. Unable to access This feature at this Time. Data unavailable. Anyone ?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bell Community.
Which TV service do you have (Fibe TV/Satellite), and what type of TV receiver are you using? Can you also clarify if you are trying to access PPV content directly on your receiver, or via the Fibe TV app?
To start, we recommend that you reboot your equipment (push and hold the POWER button on the front panel of the receiver until it reboots), and also check to ensure that your receiver is properly connected to the internet.
Let us know if you continue to have trouble after that.
