Hi there @CM816
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
The 2nd Gen ChromeCast is just for casting your screen to the device. It does not have a built in app store to download the Fibe TV app. If it works, you would need to have 3 devices going (mobile hotspot on one device, your Chromecast connected to your hotspot and a third device with the Fibe TV app installed & connected to the hotspot to cast to your Chromecast).
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask the Community.

I have the same problem. I used to have just internet through Bell and could chromecast all my shows from MHz or Britbox and Youtube. Then I got FibeTV and now can’t cast and can’t connect. Even trying to get to Youtube via the Apps function just spins tge wheel. Much worse than before I changed and sorry I did.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Can you please provide us with further specific detail in terms of the Bell Fibe TV & Internet services you have, the equipment you are using & a brief explanation of what & how you are trying to do?
Which version of ChromeCast are you using? The 2nd Gen ChromeCast is just for casting your screen to the device. It does not have a built in app store to download the Fibe TV app.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask the Community.
Take care.

Good day @stephenchester1
Thanks for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂
To start, both your mobile device and the Chromecast need to be connected to your Bell Wi-Fi. Then while your show is playing click the screen so that the Chromecast icon appears. Once the Chromecast icon appears on your screen select it and choose which device you want to cast to.
You can learn more about using Chromecast with the Fibe TV app in this Helpful reply

Hi there @stephenchester1
Are both your mobile device and the Chromecast connected to your Bell home Wi-Fi?
A few other things that you can try are:
- Reboot your phone and Chromecast.
- Make sure all devices are up to date.
- Turn off any VPN (if in use).
- If you use a firewall or antivirus software make sure they are also up-to-date and ensure they don’t block connections to the streaming device.
- Reset your Chromecast to factory settings.
