For a few weeks (noticed late Nov 2023) i am not able to permanently delete recordings. Using Fibe TV App ( 2 different phones) nor through a web browser. The recordings appear to delete, but they re-appear in my Recodings page after I refresh. It just doesn't get removed.

Hey there @AdM1,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for reaching out.
Which receiver are you using?
We recommend rebooting both your modem, and the TV equipment. Then test to see if you are still having any trouble.
Keep the Community posted.

- I can't access my PVR recordings on my TV anymore. I've tried rebooting them BELL Fibe box, as it has been suggested but still nothing. My PVR is full, but when I delete recordings from the BELL Fibe app on my phone or computer, they just come right back when I open the app again. I know I have to delete the original recordings from the PVR on the TV, but no matter what I try it says it's unavailable and to reboot the box. Please help, I am beyond frustrated and thinking I might have to cancel Bell Fibe if nothing works.

Hi @CalligraphyCat,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out.
Which TV receiver do you have?
If you are still having any trouble we recommend rebooting your TV receiver, the modem as well as the device(s) that you are using to access the Bell Fibe TV app.
Please try that out, and let the Community know if you still need help.

Hello @EllaBella,
Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Please share more information so the Community can help.
- What TV receiver do you have?
- Are you deleting the recordings off of the Fibe TV App, or directly off the TV receiver?
- Is it a specific recording or all of which you've tried to delete?
- Are the recordings present on all receivers/devices after you have deleted them?
Hope to hear back from you soon,

I had an 8 hour power outage and that seemed to rectify the issue.
Weird!

Good Day.
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community Forum. Can you please provide us with further information? Make & model of your Fire TV?
I have included the following ideas for your consideration.
- Have you verified that your software is up to date? Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select My Fire TV or Device & Software. Select About. Select Check for System Update.
- Have you verified that your app is up to date? Open the app library on your Fire TV. Highlight the app you want to update. Press the three-line button on your remote (or the menu button). Select "More Info". If an update is available, you'll see the "Update" button. Click "Update" to install the latest version.
- Have you tried to clear the App Cache & data? Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Applications. In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
- If the above suggestions do not resolve your issue, you may need to uninstall & reinstall the app. Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Applications. Select Manage Installed Applications. Select the app you want to uninstall & then Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions.
How to delete a recording in the Fibe TV app
Let us know if we can of further assistance.
Take care.

Good Day.
As an addendum to my previous reply, if you record a program or series on one TV and pause the recording without stopping the playback & continue watching the playback at a later time on a different TV, you can also run into this conflict in not being able to delete the recording.
You must stop playback on your main TV if you wish continue playback on your other TV.
Take care

Hi there @Nanny2Four
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share which receiver model you have?
You've indicated when you delete the recordings from your main PVR, they still appear on your Fire TV, but, when you attempt the delete the recordings from the Fibe TV app on your Fire TV, do the recordings get deleted from your main receiver and keep appearing on your Fire TV or are they still appearing on your main receiver?
Looking forward to hearing back.
