where do i find a list of bell equipment being used such as modem 'receiver pods etc

Can you elaborate on your specific question? Are you looking for a complete list of the equipment that is connected to your Bell account or all of the makes & models of equipment that is available at Bell?

Can you share with the community the services that you do subscribe to with Bell?

  1. Bell TV? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App, or Bell Satellite.
  2. Internet? Modem Wi-Fi Pods
  3. Bell Home phone? N/A
  4. Smart Home? Cameras, etc.
  5. Bell Mobility? E.g. SmartPay devices, etc.

Your MyBell account will provide you with a brief list of the general equipment that is connected to your account. For example: Home Hub modem model & WI-FI pods are listed in the Internet section. Fibe TV & Satellite TV receiver models, TV boxes, are listed in the TV equipment section, etc. Mobility equipment is listed in the device details for each mobility service. Smart Home video camera, etc. in the equipment, etc. Home phone is N/A.
Equipment serial numbers, MAC addresses, equipment listings which include make & model are stored & maintained internally on Bell servers & are linked to the customer account. Remote controls, miscellaneous parts, such as power supplies are liste & included as a required part for that piece of equipment.
