Trying to run the Bell Fibe TV app and I get this error "an error occured please try again later". running on a Samsung laptop. The only way to get it to run again is to uninstall Chrome and reinstall and then it will run for a number of days and then the error repeats.

Can you say more about the laptop? What is the operating system on the laptop? Windows or ChromeOS?

Hi there @Tom5 ,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
In order for the Community to best assist, some extra details will be needed;
- Are you able to share which model laptop you are experiencing this issue on?
- Is your device and browser up to date with the latest versions?
- Is there any specific error code along with the error message you can share?
- Does this happen when watching live content, recordings or both?
- Does it happen on all stations or just specific ones and if specific ones, are you able to share which ones you've noticed?
Looking forward to hearing back.
