As this is a peer to peer forum, we have no access to your account information and billing. Please help us to assist you by providing more specific information about what you are looking for.

What is this?

Trying to do my taxes and I can only access bills from May 2025 onwards.

I need copies from January 2025-December 2025.

I can see my payments from all of 2025 but don't have access to pdf downloads from Jan-April.

Good Day & Welcome.

@Chris7 As an addendum to my previous reply, if you are the owner of the account, you should be able to access up to 18 months of Bills & Payments. Did you make any changes to your account prior to or on this date that might result in the billing information or account billing not being readily available?

Let us know.

Take care.

Hey,

I am the owner of the account, and yes, I did make some changes.

Just odd they've hidden the old ones from before the changes, I need them for my taxes.

What's it matter if anything changed? It's the same account and account number/information.

Good Day.

Thank you for providing this additional information.

We do not have access to your account & billing records on the Bell Community Forum. We do not decide on and establish policy decisions on this webite.

I do not work for Bell. I am just one member trying to assist another member out with the hope that I can offer up a solution that will solve their problem.

It is next to impossible for me to answer your question in terms of: "What's it matter if anything changed?"

In the instance that you do need a bill that is no longer available via MyBell, a reprint request can be made by contacting Bell Customer Service. Please check out this weblink to review the cost of requesting a bill reprint.

You can reach Bell Customer Service by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.

Take care.

I understand & appreciate the insights.

I just find it odd they'd restrict access to older bills before the changes. They say 18months of bills are available, but I have 10. I'd get it if I made a new account, but it's the same account I've had for 15 years. Then to add a "cost" to get the older bills within the 18 month period I should have access to is a silly thing on Bell's part imo.

Hi @Chris7
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
In some instances depending on certain billing system changes, this may be why you're not seeing the prior bills. If you require any information or amounts, I've sent you a private message.
