Download Bill History

How can I download my Bill History for the full year of 2020?  I cannot see any archive area online.

I use the bell app to view and download all my previous bills.....if you open the app, on the bottom there is a "Bills" section.....if you click there you will see almost 2 years worth of bills in PDF format which you can print, save or download.

Its also available onine on the web.....there is a dropdown menu you can select the month of the bill you want to view or download.

How long have u been w/ Bell? R u still able to download ur bill from the very 1st month?

Great stuff @JD and @AlexS., you can access bills from as far back as 18 months.

Check out Bell.ca/Support How to view your previous billsor How to view past bills & payments from the Community's How To section.

In the instance that you'd need a bill copy that is no longer visible in MyBell, you'll need to reach out to Customer Service to make a reprint request.

What ab the PDF docs from more than 12 months ago? R they available for download permanently?

I know you can access them on the phone back along time . Nice so if anything wrong can look back as long

How do I retrieve previous years billing. in my profile it only shows limited years.

Assuming you have linked your accounts on MyBell & it has been set up for the period you wish to retrieve, 18 months of billing history is available.

I can see that there is a payment history.   Is there a way that I can go back to multiple years?

On MyBell, if you select  > My bills & payments & you go to the right side of the page, you can Select > Payment history. On this screen you will be able to > Scroll down & view 18 months of Bills & Payments. (The current & 17 previous months.) There is no further history maintained beyond 18 months.

I would like to make a copy of an old bill.  The drop down box doesn't give the month and year I need.  Where can I access this?

To view you bills& save them to pdf or print them, you will need to log in to MyBell from your web browser. Select > My bills & payments. Select > One bill. Select > Payment history. You can now Select > One of your last 18 bills from history by choosing the date & Selecting > Bill. On the top right corner of the bill you will have two choices to make:  Download or Print the bill.

If you are looking to print a bill beyond 18 months, you'll need to reach out to Customer Service to make a reprint request.

If you are using the drop down box while you are viewing a bill, it will only show 12 months of history. Just select Payment history once again on the top right hand corner to select a full 18 months.

Can Bell not locate the older bills and email me a copy?  I need February and March 2022.
