How can I download my Bill History for the full year of 2020? I cannot see any archive area online.

Those bills are no longer available via MyBell. But, if you need a bill that is no longer available via MyBell, a reprint request can be made by contacting customer service.

We wanted to jump in to ensure there is no confusion regarding former bills. In the instance that you need a bill that is no longer available via MyBell, a reprint request can be made by contacting customer service.

I need a detailed statement for account for the month of October 2023. I am unable to print it out.

Try downloading it to your computer, mobility device, etc. as a pdf file. You can then view it, send it as a file or print it.
Follow these step:
Login to your MyBell account & go to My bills & payments > Select One bill > Select the current bill or choose the bill you wish to save or print from history. Select > Choose save in PDF format. Then follow the instructions.

is there a way I can print off total billings for internet and home phone for my 2023 tax preparation

You will likely have to print off month by month. I have never seen a way to print off a whole year.

If you wish payment history from 2022, you will need to contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing There is a paper bill reprint fee.
Please call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device

How do I go about viewing bills from past year, I am only able to go back 18 months in the "Past Bills" section in my account

I'm trying to get my bills for tax purposes and cannot easily find the location of last years bills so I can print them. There is no menu item at the top for "My Bills and Payments". All that is listed is "my Services" "My Profile" and "Exclusive Offers"

Good Day.
How are you trying to access your MyBell account? Are you using a computer? If so, have you rebooted your computer? Have you cleared web browser cache & cookies? Have you tried using a different browser?
In order to view & print your Bell bills, you will need to login into your MyBell account using any web browser
You can access on MyBell up to 18 months of billing history only.
On MyBell, at the top of the page, Select > My bills & payments. Select > My bills. You can now select your current bill or your past bills. You can view 18 months of Bills & Payments. (The current & 17 previous months.) There is no further history maintained beyond 18 months.
If you wish payment history beyond the 18 months of billing history that is available online, you will need to contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing. There is a paper bill reprint fee.

Thanks for the info. Yes, i was using a web browser. It is working now, i logged in the next day and the menu item mysteriously appeared.
