You will need to change your Call Answer (voicemail) settings in your Panasonic device from your old Roger’s number to your new Bell number. You will need to edit this number in your Panasonic VM setup. If you can not locate your manual, just log in to the Panasonic support web site & search for your model number manual & setup information.
To do so, you should refer to your Panasonic manual to change your voicemail access & dialing information.
I have included all of the Bell Call Answer reference information in the following web link.
If everything is already set up under your old number, you may only need to change your number & password in your device to access your new voicemail.
How to use & set up Call Answer.
Thank you for your question. If we can assist you further, let us know.
Take care.

- Well, the set of Panasonic phones I have were acquired while I had another phone number. I set up voicemail on Rogers (at the time) and was getting messages on my phone, and I think also as an attachment to an email.
Then I changed to Bell, and also moved (which involved getting a new phone no.).
It seemed seamless. I just plugged in the phone at my new address and proceeded. Calls are being made and received at my new number. But, I seem to be just getting a text with a link to access and somewhat hear my message (but not very well).
Yesterday I went into the “VOICEMAIL ACCESS” section of my Phone’s MENU and when I SELECTED it, “DIAL V.M. NO.” was displayed, and then it displayed & automatically dialled my OLD landline number, and I heard a message saying “YOUR CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALLED” I don’t see anywhere within the user guide or the various menus on phone where this can be updated. Yet it seems like it should be….
