I have 2 PlayStations on my network, 1 is 2 floors up from the modem and is super fast. The 2nd PlayStation is only 1 floor up and has major lagging issues. Does anyone have any tricks for fixing this? Why is the one farthest from the modem faster? I have the new hub 4000 and I also don’t see any options to switch between 2.4g and 5g.

Hi there @Irishsupastar, welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Are you able to try a wired connection on the PlayStation that's lagging to see if it makes any difference?

When did Bell become a “do it yourself” service? I read the article but I am not a technician and have no idea about any of this. Shouldn’t Bell be setting up people’s Wi-Fi correctly for the clients?
Also I cannot connect the PlayStation to a wired connection because Bell installed my modem in the basement where I have no tv’s or anything. So I’m paying for super fast internet but nobody sets it up for the client to be able to actually get the fast internet. Really discouraged here.
