I had a power interruption last night at ten pm and the modem did not show on the list when the power came on.
I did everything mentioned in the app several times and all seems to be fine and checks out except the modem doesn’t register on any device.

See this guide for checking the WiFi settings of the modem. It sounds to me like your WiFi signal is turned off in the modem settings.
