I jus signed up with Bell about a week ago and downloaded the Bell Wifi app. However it will not allow me to login. I’m using same credentials as I use with MyBell APP which I can log into but no luck. Even tried to reset password (forgot password option) and I still can’t login and therefore not install a pod. What am I missing?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
There is only one method of login required for the MyBell app & the Bell Wi-Fi app.
Have you verified that your accounts are linked on MyBell and that you are using the correct Wi-Fi login on your device? Start off by uninstalling the app, rebooting your device, forgetting then re-establishing your Wi-Fi connection & then reinstalling the Wi-Fi app.
Please check out the following: Bell Wi-Fi app and How to use it instructions
To login in to either app you must use your MyBell profile: Username & password.
Your MyBell profile: Username & Password are also used to access MyBell on the web: Log in to MyBell
and to access Fibe TV on the web: Log in - Fibe TV (bell.ca) & the Fibe TV app.
Take care.

Thanks, this allow to log into Wifi app to check user control previously set, will remove any parental control as this app is not working.
I have no issue to log into myBell either app or web, used Wifi app before, suddenly today it does not allow me to log in when my phone is connected to home wifi. Thanks for this reply, I can at least log in via my mobile data.
The Bell Wifi app is not meeting expectation for sure.

Good Day.
I am just following up. Are you still experiencing issues any issues in terms of be able to access the WiFi app?
Can you please confirm these details in terms of how and where you are trying to log in to the Wi-Fi app?
- Is your Internet service connected to the same MyBell account as your other Bell services? If unsure, please login to your MyBell web account & verify that all of your services are listed.
- Which device are you trying to install the Wi-Fi app on? Make and model.
- Could you double check & verify that you are using the correct MyBell credentials to log in to the Wi-Fi app?
- You can Log in to the app one of two ways.
- Best – Log in with your MyBell username and password. This gives you access to all features of the app and lets you log in without having to be connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Easiest – Automatically log in to the app when you are connected to your home Wi-Fi network. This will limit your access to features like setting Internet blocks or accessing user profiles.
- Which modem do you have? HH 3000, 4000, Giga Hub?
- Have you rebooted your modem?
- Have you restarted your device & verified that iOS / OS and apps are up to date?
- Have you done any troubleshooting?
- Have you tried running the Virtual repair tool?
Please check out the following web links:

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

I went on Bell live chat from myBell app and it appears, as it was the first time I was trying to log in, a configuration was required by a Bell agent before I could log in. Problem solved

I had issues with the same scenario but for me i dont have the actual username for the Wifi, but only for the mobility. Everytime I use the app to register it just brings me back to the Bell.ca page and just the billing, also same scenario when i try to click the forgot password/username. It doesnt bring me back to the bellwifi app, it just stays on the bell homepage. Had the latest phone update, tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, clear data/cache. still not working/

The Bell Wifi App is not working the way it should IMHO... I really DISLIKE trying to get logged in on a GREAT DAY let alone the daily routine of the same Bi-WEEKLY Issues with that APP from getting logged in to the lack of Network Management options such as individual management and setup for the GigaHub to assign specific LOCAL IP addresses while still utilizing DHCP for any device not manually added in the router using a Brower. The Bell WiFi app has not been allowing me to do that within the App.
I'm gonna be getting myself a nice new WiFi and Network Management Device that is customizable and will be handling the Lan options for the foreseeable future and the GigaHub will be used as an Access Point for Internet Access ONLY for the new Device I get myself for Xmas. Why is that GigaHub not working on a similar level? I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GO FOR 5 Days without login issues in the Bell WiFi app. Make it easier for everyone and have the login info match the GigaHub/Internet login creds and NOT THE Bell Canada MyBell login. See how it is easy to confuse a person who has NO IDEA HOW TO send email let alone a login that is hardly working UNLESS YOU HAVE SET UP YOUR DEVICE with a custom name for the network to recognize. That was the first problem I had to fix myself due to Abysmal support for logging in the app.

Hi @CaPeRKiNG77
Thank you for your post.
Are you able to share the issue you're experiencing when attempting to login to the Wi-Fi app? Is it indicating your login information is not correct? Does any message or error code appear that you can share?
Looking forward to hearing back.
