My e-mail keeps defaulting to "block all images". I can't get it to stay with "show all images".

There is a fix, nobody at Bell has blamed me, the user, and have been nothing but helpful.  I have not had the issue for several days, since @BellPatricia's colleagues did their thing.  It is annoying, but apparently fixable!  Give the experts some time.

Hi all this is still happening. The fix must not work for all yet.  Still waiting to get my email images back 😱

I have had the same problem with Bell support, so I tried this venue for the first time.  Although a little tedious and not instant, mine seems to be fixed as well thanks to @BellPatricia's follow up

I'm sorry to say, that my issue, regarding the images in my e-mail messages not appearing, has not been resolved.  Clicking on the "allow all images" button and "saving" does not work.

Good morning everyone, and thank you all for sharing this information with the Bell Community.

We have flagged this to our escalations team. They are actively investigating, and working towards a resolution.

We will be sure to update you when we have some news to share.

Have a nice day 🙂

Recently I have been receiving emails which do not show the image.. usually a logo.  However, above the text are two buttons "Show Image" and "Image Settings".  These are not normally in emails that show the image.  If I click on "show image" and the image will show.  If I click on "Image settings" I am shown a page with options.  Show all Images, Block all Images, etc.  It is defaulted to Block.  I choose "show all" and then click on "Save".  Then it may happen again.  I have reported this to Bell and again they promise to escalate and even give me a file number, but nothing happens.  Any suggestions?

There are several of us having the same problem.  @BellPatricia has escalated this, but I wouldn't expect too much until after Christmas

I have the same issue - very annoying because I constantly have to reset my image setting.  ALSO, when I set the width of the columns for folders and inbox, these change every time I go back into my email.  SO FRUSTRATING - is anyone at Bell working on these problems?  I have switched to Outlook on some of my devices and may have to do that on my laptop as well.

I haven't heard anything back from Bell.  I am waiting until next week, because of the holidays.  Never had the column width problem, so can't help you there

Same issue here.  I have tried all 4 options and definitely do a save  before closing page.  Annoying for sure

Still not fixed

Still not fixed, happened at least once a day.  As it did minutes ago. When I check the setting it is marked "allow all" I logged out and logged back in and it has changed to "Block all"  Truly the gremlin lives on!  Annoying little bugger.

Patricia,

I am also having the same issue. Clearly I follow the procedure above and save my intention, but then the next day, I have to go back and adjust the setting again. Why does my selection not "Stick?"

I am using latest Chrome on Win 11 with all updates applied.

On Dec 20 you said you were sending it to Bell's escalation team who are actively investigating it, yet today Feb 2 we are still having this problem intermittently.
