Error 6010 on my modem

My internet light on Hub300 is red all the time, showing: error 6010, but we do have internet working normally.? 
Help please.

Error 6000 to 6022 – Issue with phone service

Possible error messages:

  • E9\u20111\u20111 address set up error
  • Voice service not configured
  • Your voice service has been disabled. Please contact Bell.
  • Authentication failure - Line X.
  • Connection timed out - Line X.
  • Server error - Line X.

 

If the problem persists, try our Virtual repair tool, which detects and fixes most issues.

Glad to hear that your internet is working normally!

If you haven't already, please try rebooting your modem.  A quick reboot should clear that message.

I'm having same issue... I reboot modem, used the repair tool nothing worked but I do have internet looks like I will be on hold again tomorrow to get this figured out, just got the 4000 last friday and in the week we have had it I've spent more time on hold with bell than I have sleeping

My Giga Hub 4000 is reporting Ierror 6010 (tel 1) incorrect username password even though I no longer have home phone service. My first Giga Hub did not report this error also with no home phone service on my account. Any ideas why this hub is reporting this while the first one didn't? Not horrible since TV and internet is working just fine... just more of an annoyance.

Which Bell Home Hub / Giga Hub modem do you have? Have you tried to do any trouble shooting? Have you rebooted your modem by unplugging it from the power source, waiting 20-30 seconds & plugging it back in?

If the problem persists, try the Virtual repair tool, which detects and fixes most issues.

If this does not resolve your problem , I would contact Bell Tech Support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)

New service and can’t get it working.  Error 6012 then 6010.  Rogers customer for over 10 years; not a good start Bell!

Please contact Bell Customer Service Tech support. Your Home phone service is not enabled & needs to be activated at Bell & connected to your HH 3000.
