Further to my previous note, I followed up with Bell Internet tech support this morning & they confirmed that Bell no longer provides Email accounts. I also reconfirmed this information with Bell Customer Service: Billing & Ordering. They told me that Bell is no longer providing Emaill addresses. I suggested to both groups that this change is not reflected nor widely known & that the Bell web site should be updated to reflect this change.
As an alternative it was suggested that " Anyone needing an Email address, should obtain one from another supplier / source. E.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.etc. If you delete your old Bell Email address, it will not be replaced."

Bell no longer offers any free email accounts. If you require a free email account you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.
If you already have an email account you can Login to MyBell > Scroll down under your login name to > My Profile & select. On this page you will see Profile information. From here you can enter your personal information such as your MyBell name, Contact email, etc.

Bell stopped offering new free email addresses as part of their Internet service, in 2023. You cannot add an email account. If you require another free email account then you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.
If you have one or more existing Bell email address, you are able to continue to use them as long as they are maintained on an active account. You will need to maintain a Bell Internet account or a Bell Mobility account device with data, e.g. Turbo Hub, Turbo Stick or MiFi on a continuous basis.
To access your Bell email addresses, login to your MyBell account. Select> My profile > MyBell. Select >Services profiles > Internet > Manage your Email Addresses > Edit. There was an add button located at the bottom of the page. It is no longer available.
You can only change passwords or delete an Email address.
Take care.

Try register a google, yahoo or others instead, as long as it’s not QQ, 163 or 126. At least their accounts won’t disappear when you switch the provider of your residential service.

Hey there @tomvalenz, thanks very much for your post, and for sharing this with us.
There should be a Create new email button right there above Related topics.
Can you share which browser/device you're using, and if the same thing happens when you test on an alternate browser/device?
Please keep us posted,
- Patricia

I am using Google Chrome, tried Brave as well. Don't see any create new email button. Tried turning off my ad blocker and cleared cookies. No luck.
Same for my wife on her PC, Google Chrome and no create email button.

To clarify. I do not see Create Email. I have disabled Ad blockers, cleared cookies. Tried different browser, Brave. It's happening on my wife's PC and Chrome as well. So it's not just me.

Please help - none of the "add email options" appear on my manage email address page.
The whole lower part of the screen which Bell posted on the help page below is missing when I attempt to do this.

Hi Everyone
I moved to Bell Internet back in early 2022 and my understanding of the service is that it included Bell e-mail services. I have been trying to setup my e-mail address via the "Manage Bell email address" link on the MyBell portal, the window states that I do not have a Bell Mail address, which is correct since I never set one up however there is no link to setup my initial e-mail address for my account.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

- Hi @JR .
@Yes. It seems that one can no longer create an email, although the Bell support site says, You can create up to 15 email addresses." Good old Bell.
David.

Hi BellPatricia. Can you please provide an update on this issue? I need to create another email address and cannot through MyBell since there is no link or button to create one. All it lets me do is change something with an existing email address. If this is a defect with MyBell, is there another way to create a bell.net email address? Can I call in to create one? Thanks

Saying you flagged this problem does not mean it will be fixed
It would take a tech no time at all to put the link back
Bell services are not cheap by any means
the customers should come first
this problem needs to be fixed that way it would show that Bell cares about it's Customers

Hi Patricia. Has Bell stopped allowing the creation of Bell email addresses? If so, I'm not happy at all. I subscribed to the service with the understanding (in writing) that I could create up to 15 bell.net (or sympatico.ca) email addresses. We all deserve a direct answer.

Within MyBell > My Profiles > Services profiles > Internet > Manage your Email Addresses > There was an add button located at the bottom of the page. It is no longer available.
You can only change passwords or delete an Email address.
My question is this: How does one add a new Email address if there is no add button?
I referred this to Bell Internet Support & the tech did not seem to understand why the Add Email was missing & could not offer up another viable solution.
