Why my passions not responding I check to be sure I am entering the right password and it is the right one this morning we had a power outage and when the power came back on my bell is not responding to my password so all my devices can’t have the wifi

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

You mentioned a power outage occurred last evening. Is your modem up and working at this time? Which modem do you have? Are there any error messages on your modem?  If everything looks copacetic & there are no error messages, let's power the modem completely off by unplugging it from the power source, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Once everything is up and working once again, please verify that all of your services are now working. E.g. Internet, TV, Home, phone, etc. Try your Wi-Fi.

Prior to the outage last evening did you previously change your Wi-Fi network name or password? If you have not changed it, then you can reconfirm this information by going to your modem. There is a stick on the back of the modem that includes the factory default Wi-Fi network name & password.

If everything is fine, but you still cannot access your Wi-Fi network, you will need to reconfirm the network name and password. This can be completed by choosing either method below.
