How to control both modems in the Bell Wi-Fi app

I have 2 separate internet lines and Modems (Hub2000 & Hub3000), with 2 pods connected to each internet line. Only 1 modem is showing up in my Bell Wifi App… how do I add the second Home Hub with its 2 pods, to my Bell Wifi App?

So it’s giving me an error when I try to link my second account to my bell account.

I installed a new internet service at a different address, I don't see it on the Bell Wi-Fi App dashboard. How do you add a new Hub on the dashboard?

Hey there @Christpoher,

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community.

When you login to the Bell Wi-Fi app with your MyBell credentials you should have the option to choose which modem (B1) you wish to manage. Can you log out of the dashboard, and then log back in to see if the option is available?

Keep us posted,

@BellPatricia
