I need to reboot my HH3000 modem every day

My Home Hub 3000 needs constant re-booting, almost daily. This is the second 3000 modem we have had. 
i don’t want another 3000 to replace it. How do I get a Giga Hub 4000 replacement?

What causes the need to reboot daily? Are there any error codes on the modem display when this happens?

Is this on a WiFi or wired connection?
