Hi,
I’m using Home Pods with Home Hub 4000. It was working fine but one of the pods stopped working. Then bell sent the replacement and now it connects to modem instead of closer pod. That decrease the quality to Poor and sometimes even Netflix is not working.
I’m trying to install device for each floor but only Home Hub and first floor home pod is working fine. I tried to contact with Bell Support and helped nothing again. If anybody have a suggestion I’m ready to try that.

Hi there @random123. Thanks very much for letting us know, and for all of the troubleshooting steps that you've completed.
If you keep loosing connection on the Pod you may have a weak signal, causing it to connect back to Home Hub 4000. While Bell Whole Home Wi-Fi usually optimizes connections, occasional issues may require a simple fix. Try restarting your device's Wi-Fi to resolve any connection problems.
Please also note that your device may not always connect to the nearest Wi-Fi pod. The network automatically selects the best connection based on factors like interference, network traffic, and bandwidth. You can't manually assign a device to a specific pod. The network dynamically adjusts connections based on these factors.

Hey there @random123 ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When you connected your replacement pod, did you use your Bell Wi-Fi app to set it up?
If not, check out our support articles What are Whole Home Wi-Fi pods and how do I use them?
and Troubleshooting my Whole Home Wi-Fi pods
on Bell.ca to learn how to set up and/or troubleshoot you Bell Wi-Fi pods.
Let us know how it goes.

Hey @BellAntgio ,
Thanks for the answer. Yeap, I followed the articles and installed them through the Bell Wi-Fi app. It connects to the closest pod at the beginning and shows an excellent signal. However, it changes automatically after a few minutes and connects through HH4K, giving either Poor or Moderate quality.
To be precise, It goes over 200-300 MB/s with an Excellent connection and around 50 MB/s with a Poor connection. I don't care about the speed at that point, but it doesn't provide consistency, and latency is about 100 ms which is the real issue.
