New Webmail - Format and Feature Issues

I am trying to get used to the new email format. I love some of the changes but am having difficulty with others.

When I click on the square box next to the subject line when I first open my email link it now automatically opens to the email. In the past, I could click on the square box for several emails(they wouldn't automatically open again) and I could move them all at once to a select file folder. Now I have to move each one individually which is very time consuming. Is there a step I am missing or is this just the new way and if it is can this be addressed in an update?

I also find the font size smaller than before. I am not sure if it is because of the font size or if the colour was changed on the font but it is now hard to differentiate between unopened emails and opened emails. Is there some way I can change the colour of the font and the size? I have looked into my email settings as well as my browser settings but I couldn't see anything.

But

There is now a problem with my cursor while I type in that platform only.

I think it has some infection but nothing else is affected by the bouncing cursor.

this happens with use of the backspace key, it is not happening here as I type for example and everything else is ok

I am not receiving e-mails with attachments.  Sender confirms they have been received by my sympatico account

My inbox shows 20 unread messages. There are no unread messages. I have selected all the emails and marked them read and it shows 20 unread messages. How do I fix this?

A   What gives when opening an email it goes to a useless "about blank," page first ?

B   The word processor that webmail uses leaves a lot to be desired.  Coming from WORD I find it so "kack-handed !"

C   It takes at least 20 seconds to open BELL webmail every time ?

I have opened my Bell webmail today and I cannot distinguish between the unread mail with the subjects in bold face and the read mail unbolded. I can tell that the thin font gets a bit thinner after I open the mail, but the difference is negligible, and I can't distinguish unopened mail from opened mail...and that's a serious problem for my email workflow.

One of these is read and one is unread.

I recently been asked by some friends asking if my email address has changed. I indicated "no" . Where are my emails going? I checked junk folders, nothing there. I almost missed an application deadline on an email that was sent to me, but I did not receive it. Can someone help me here. Is there another platform I should download to accept my sympatico email address????

I am having trouble getting an e-mail from Steinberg's store site, which is asknet.com. Their support staff indicated that the e-mail has been sent three times to my bell e-mail address but I haven't received it. I asked them to send it to an alternative e-mail address and it went through so there is obviously something with the Bell settings that is not allowing those e-mails getting to me. Steinberg is based in Germany. Does anyone know how I can find a fix so I can receive e-mails from this company?

You can now copy and paste multiple emails to the TO, CC and BCC address bars.

Please attempt a test and let us know if you're still experiencing issue when copy and pasting multiple email addresses.

For a long time now I've been unable to move e-mails from inbox to folders (I have quite a few).  Used to simply click, drag & drop.  If I use the 'move to' menu - the inbox & folders are grayed out.  Very annoying, creating disorganization & clogging the inbox.  Can this be fixed?

screenshot of "move menu".  The drop down also tends to disappear when I move the cursor onto it. Puzzled and frustrated.  So - how do I move messages into folders?

Everything about the new BELL mail is aggravating. The move to folder box is extremely sensitive. You have to very carefully hold your cursor on my folders and your folders should appear on the right of the arrow. Then very very gently and carefully slide the cursor over the the folder of your choice. BELL really screwed up big time with this so called improved BELL mail.

Thanks Mike.  I apparently have not found the 'sweet spot' yet, despite my efforts.  My folders all show on the far left column under my indox - perhaps they are properly called 'sub-folders' if there?  I used to just click, drag & drop with no problem.   
Does anybody know - Is there a capacity limit to # of folders/subfolders one can use? Or max number of emails held in the account?  I'm wondering if this might be a problem?  I don't see any limits posted anywhere & I've been aggressively deleting stuff lately. 😞
