I’ve currently upgraded from HH4000 1Gb to Gigahub 3gb and my wifi speeds are terrible.
I’ve already turned off wifi optimization and Wifi 6, along with different SSID names. Currently on firmware 1.14.1
how can I get the new 1.15x firmware @BellPatricia

That is an acceptable wireless internet speed for most purposes. How far is the computer from the Giga Hub?

In your case, perhaps. But generally, it is possible if the situation permits. The note is there to show that for others who might ask, that is how to do it. Apple also has specific adapters, too.

I see that your speed test appears to be internal to a corporate services provider. Are you accessing that network through Bell? It would be helpful to know what your modem speed test result is or your result using a speed test such as Ookla .

Not sure what Link speed is but I just ran a OOKA speed test on Monday at noon. Download is 293.95 and Upload is 325.60. Ping MS 65, 44 DN and 39 UP.

WiFi speed depends on protocol used and the linkspeed that is established.
You cannot achieve 3/3 over WiFi with the current supported protocols. Even 1/1 would be out of reach, in most cases you would reach around 500/500 on average when using WiFi 6 protocol.
You could get 3 access points and wire each up to one of the gigabit network ports, and then each wireless device could get that speed individually.

Thank you. The speed result is about what I would expect to see at 30 feet with nothing to interfere with the signal from the Giga Hub. You should be able to just about anything you need to do, including videoconferencing.
