Are you still having any trouble with your internet or running the Virtual repair tool?
If you are still experiencing any issue with your service please provide us with a bit more information so that the community can better assist (e.g.: What type of service/modem you have, error codes on your modem & any additional troubleshooting you have tried so far).

I am trying to use the virtual repair tool with the My Bell app and it is spinning on the "Where is the trouble?" screen. I have restarted my phone. I logged in via my laptop and used the scan code and the same thing.
