logged into my bell account trying to use virtual tool and its not working

Are you still experiencing issues when trying to use the Virtual Repair tool? Are you getting a specific error code? Which browser are you using, and have you tried a different browser to see if that makes a difference?

As of about a month ago, i can no longer click on the virtual repair tool or make it come up in anyway. This occurred after i used it to try and diagnose an earlier problem and it cut out to an error and ever since then, i can't open it.

What is the error message you see when you access the virtual repair tool? Also, which browser are you using, and can you test in a different browser?

The virtual repair option is not even working it is continually apinning. how can I use it if It won't offer any type of options to use

Over the past hour my internet has completely stopped working and I have had to use data. I am trying to use the virtual repair tool but that is also not working
According to the site there are no known outages which is evidently not the case

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question. Do you still have a problem accessing the internet this morning? Are you experiencing any inclement weather conditions in your locality? Intermittent power outages?
Please do the following:
- Verify you have power at the power source that the modem is plugged in to. Start with the source power outlet. Is there power? Use a tester, a lamp, etc. to check for power? Yes or no?
- If no, check the breaker or fuse panel. Verify it is not a blown fuse or breaker problem?
- Are you using a power bar for your source of power to your modem? If yes, verify it is working, plugged in no fuse blown, & it is not switched off, etc.
- Are there an error messages on your modem?
- Have you tried to reboot your modem by unplugging it from its power source, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in?
- Please try accessing the Bell Virtual repair tool once again
If you have power to where your Bell modem cord plugs in to its power source, but you are still experiencing issues accessing your internet service, please call Bell Customer Service Tech Support: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)

Can you please tell us more about the specific Internet problem you are having?
Are you getting a specific error code when accessing the Virtual repair tool? Which browser are you using, and have you tried a different browser to see if that makes a difference?
Internet: troubleshooting tools, virtual repair tool and support
If the Virtual repair tool is not working:
- Unplug your modem/router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Have you restarted your computer or mobile device?
- Have you checked for any local service outages? Check for service outages in your area
- Any error messages on your modem?
If you are still experiencing issues accessing your internet service, please call Bell Customer Service Tech Support for assistance: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
