Thanks for flagging this back to us @flying_like_an_eagle.
For the time being, we suggest using Google Chrome and periodically give Microsoft Edge a try if it's your preferred browser to use.

Hey @flying_like_an_eagle. Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the Bell Community.
Does this error prevent you from fully logging out? Are you able to replicate on any other browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)?

Thank you for getting back to us.
Does this error page prevent you from fully logging out of your Bell webmail? Are you able to duplicate the error message when using a different browser?
Please keep the Community posted.

Glad to hear there are no issues when using Chrome 🙂
If you haven't already, can you clear cookies and cache on the Edge browser to see if you still encounter the error? Can you also try a private browsing/incognito mode on Edge to see if you still get the error message when logging out?
Let us know how everything goes.

"Does this error prevent you from fully logging out? " I have had instances where I was still logged in or a delay in exiting webmail. As for the error message I can replicate it and it continues with Microsoft Edge Version 104.0.1293.47 (Official build) (64-bit)

I tried browsing/incognito mode and can replicate error on all my email addresses. Microsoft Edge Version 104.0.1293.54 (Official build) (64-bit) I can also replicate constant error message popping up normal mode for all email addressed too. The problem exists and constant popup but can log out of my emails successfully.

I use Google Chrome and have the same message when I log out: An unexpected error has occurred. This is making me very nervous! I also tried to send an email and got the same message (first time that happened)! Even more nervous...
