My phone can not use the wifi
I checked my bell account but signal is excellent

If I turn on the Wi-Fi, it's loading and it's not connecting

How can I use it? What is the problem?

Has the problem solved? we have exactly the same problem. Changed 2 phones to Iphone 15, and would not connect the Hub 3000, all other old phones have no problem, ipad no problem.

HI,

Sorry for the late reply! I have still not tried what Welsh Terrier suggested, been away from home!

I have not contacted Bell directly about this problem or heard from them about it thru this forum!

Below is what was suggested.

I do not believe that this has anything to do with your issue.

Let us try doing the following:

  1. Power off your modem, by unplugging it & plugging the power cord back in after 30 seconds.
  2. Wait until all of the flashing lights have stopped & everything is working.
  3. Please verify your Wi-Fi log in information: Network name & password (It is case sensitive.)
  4. Verify your iOS is up to date!
  5. Delete your Wi-Fi device network connection.
  6. Power off your iPhone 15.This is a complete shutdown! I mean not just turning it off! I mean completely reboot it. (Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.)
  7. After rebooting, reconnect to your Wi-Fi connection. Select your Wi-Fi network  & log in with your password!. You should now see your Wi-Fi connection.

If you do not see your network connection, then I can only suggest that you once again verify your Wi-Fi login information & failing this, you should contact Bell tech support.

My problem is fixed!! I unplugged my modem for 30 secs, went in my settings > general > transfer or reset iphone > reset > reset network settings. After i shut down my phone by holding volume up button and right side button, then slide to power off. Turned it back on and plugged modem. Reconnected wifi and now works!

It’s not that iPhone 15 doesn’t work at all with hub3000. It works on and off. I installed the Giga hub yesterday and so far it hasn’t freezed on wifi at all. I will know after a few days if problem is permanently fixed

Thank you for the advice!

I had to have a Bell tech come out because I was dropping internet connections. I was told the fibe line was "leaking" and he had to replace connections outside which now seems to a fixed the problem!

My phone is staying connected to my wifi and not changing too 5G and my app's are all working on wifi!

me, did you resolve this issue? I found many people have this issue with wifi with iphone 15 or iphone 15 pro max

After I did some research and noticed this is a model router hardware issue then I called the bell technical hotline and they helped me split the wifi into two 2.4G wifi and 5G wifi and then I choose the 2.4G wifi with original password, then I got the wifi working perfectly with iphone 15 pro max.

The HH3000 model is too old to split the wifi to 2.4G and 5G by yourself, no option on the model administrator web page. Then just call the bell tech hotline to ask them to split them and resolve this for you.

After they did the change on remote side and you reboot the model and your iphone.

Thank you Welsh Terrier. That worked for me. My new iPhone 15 Pro had a hard time to transfer the data from my "old" iPhone 13 because the Wifi kept on dropping. Now, the wifi connection has been flawless since I tried those 7 steps.

I have exactly the same problem. Everything connects flawlessly and stays connected to my Bell Home Hub 3000 EXCEPT my new iPhone 15 Pro. Hours with the Apple tech support where they confirmed my phone is not in any way malfunctioning. (They tested it remotely; and I next went to an Apple store and they also did tests. All 100%. ) Still at a loss as to what to do. Rebooted the modem. Rebooted the phone. Nothing works.

The problem is the hub 3000 because it’s old and it creates a problem with the new antenna on iPhone 15. Bell is aware. Ask them to upgrade your modem to giga hub for free or give you a promotion on your package to settle the extra $7 per month

Thank you for your advice. I got Bell to upgrade me from the Home Hub 3000 to their latest Giga Hub. All now working beautifully. Cheers.

My iphone 15 pro keeps disconnecting from wifi at multiple locations. My other devices are fine (iPad and MacBook)

Have you checked iPhone forums to see if the issue is known ?

I upgraded to the gigahub and the issue is resolved. Bell also updated all my pods to the newest version. Great service.

I have the exact same issue with only my iphone 15 Pro and M2 macbook. It's a known issue with 160mhz channel interference with these Apple products (see forums). It's maddening. I had to turn off my whole home, restrict the channel selection and, unfortunately, lose the use of my wi-fi pods.
